During this hike, you will have the opportunity to see birds, monkeys, and poisonous frogs. As you make your way through the jungle, your guide will point out medicinal plants and explain their traditional uses. At the end of the trail, you arrive at a picturesque waterfall, which forms a wide, deep pool where you can swim. After relaxing in the waterfall, return to the community of Termales. In Utría National Natural Park, hike the Cocalito trail through the jungle, arriving at a deserted beach on the other side of the park. On the trail, you’ll see dozens of bird species and many brightly colored frogs.
